For the most part I can hide and unhide accounts in GnuCash without any
problem. But today I ran into an issue where there's one particular
account of mine that seems to be permanently unhidden. In the Edit
Account options window for that account I can check and uncheck the
Hidden checkbox just fine. But for this one particular account GnuCash
seems to ignore the Hidden setting. This one account stays persistently
unhidden regardless of the Hidden checkbox setting.
Has anyone else run into a situation like this? Any idea how to fix the
problem? Note: I do NOT want to try deleting this account.
