There is a menu item to open a new account hierarchy view. I'm not in
front of the app to give you the exact name or location.

I have the books open, then I create a report, export it HTML and then
close the books leaving the report minimized at the dock. Next time I
open the working file, its the report only. How can I recover elegantly?
