it  (2) Someone else may have the same question -- and is fact, has. As I
noted, this issue has been coming up since 5.13 was released (about the
last three months).

Anyway, I'm on a Mac at the moment, so I'm going by memory -- I think it is
C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuCash.

If you can access the archives, there is a fully correct path. You can also
search in the Windows folder and subfolders for GnuCash.
