3.14 or 5.14? (current is 5.14, 3.14 is many years old)

The solution *should* be to:

1. Make sure GnuCash is *not* running and you don't have your data file otherwise open. (like with an XML or SQL editor)

2. Delete the "gnucash" folder located in "C:\Program Files (x86)"

3. Re-attempt to install GnuCash. (you may or may not need admin permissions)
