2.6.21 behaves much the same, if I understand you correctly. Except Ctrl-PgUp works once only. If I have three account tabs open, and click on the rightmost *tab*, then Ctrl-PgUp switches focus to the last-but-one *transaction list*, and a second Ctrl-PgUp scrolls that list. However, Ctrl-PgDown moves the focus to the blank line at the bottom of the current transaction list, and *not* necessarily to where PgDown would take it (e.g. if I've already moved a couple of screensful up the list).
