Gentlemen,
I have followed Kalpesh's instructions.
Then Start -> GnuCash -> Install F::Q which ended ">> Installation
succeeded <<".
Checked GnuCash:  About didn't report a version of F::Q; the Price Database
didn't have the Get Quotes button enabled;
the Security Editor reported on each security, "Warning: Finance:Quote not
installed properly."; gnucash-cli --quotes info
reports, "Failed to initialize Finance::Quote: missing_modules
Finance::Quote JSON::Parse".
Then, again, Start -> GnuCash -> Install F::Q which ended ">> Installation
succeeded <<".
Shutdown Windows and restarted Windows.
Symptoms remained the same.
