You'll need to manually install the missing module. At a command prompt run
following:
cpanm JSON::Parse
You may need to do so other module(s) that may not be installed out-of-box.

Excuse the typos. It's the mobile thingy!

Gentlemen,
I have followed Kalpesh's instructions.
Then Start -> GnuCash -> Install F::Q which ended ">> Installation
succeeded <<".
Checked GnuCash: About didn't report a version of F::Q; the Price Database
didn't have the Get Quotes button enabled;
the Security Editor reported on each security, "Warning: Finance:Quote not
installed properly."; gnucash-cli --quotes info
reports, "Failed to initialize Finance::Quote: missing_modules
Finance::Quote JSON::Parse".
Then, again, Start -> GnuCash -> Install F::Q which ended ">> Installation
succeeded <<".
Shutdown Windows and restarted Windows.
Symptoms remained the same.
Thanks, Morris

You don’t have to upgrade GnuCash for this, just Finance::Quote.
It looks from the output you attached that the perl OpenSSL and SSLEAY
have gotten out of sync. Here's the last bit of output for the list’s
benefit since I’m pretty rusty on Perl stuff:

I suggest deleting the C:\Strawberry directory and re-running Install
Online Price Retrieval, but perhaps someone else can suggest a less drastic
fix.

Do you have F::Q 1.68?
