Now I am really puzzled. I found a reference here < https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Configuration_Locations#Environment_variables_LOCALAPPDATA_and_APPDATA> that states that the CSV settings should be in the GCM file that I originally used to put that data into the Flatpak instance so I have no idea how it got lost.
