David,

Having dug around in the gcm files recently, I can tell you that an entry for
csv definitions will appear in the first portion of the gcm file, above any
register column settings.

The entry will be identified by a bracketed opening line that begins with the
word "Import" followed by the format (e.g., csv) and the type (e.g., price) and
then the name you gave the specification. The details of the spec are then
delineated on separate lines. For example:

[Import csv,price - Google Sheet]
Name=Google Sheet
SkipStartLines=1
SkipEndLines=0
SkipAltLines=false
CsvFormat=true
Separator=\t
DateFormat=2
CurrencyFormat=0
EncodingFormat=UTF-8
PriceToCurrency=CURRENCY::USD
ColumnTypes=Commodity From;Date;Amount;

HTH,
David T.
