Joseph, Where are you trying to save/use it - Win 11 doesn't like you saving stuff in C:\ ?
I use a "GnuCash" folder in my "Documents" folder and have my GnuCash file in it (C:\Users\xyz\Documents\Gnucash). I use that on Win 11 Pro with no problems.
