Which type of move you want to do, makes a difference in what steps you
need to take.

1. For a simple local 'folder' relocation, Gyle's answer is likely the
simplest way to get it done. (you can also just move the file itself and
since you are on Windows, double-click to open it, or otherwise use File
> Open within GnuCash to the new location)
2. For other types of moves, David & Jim's answers will guide you.
