Dear Fred,

Yes, I can create a new file in that directory. I can even make a copy of
the original .gnucash file, but I can't save changes to that file either. I
even created a dummy .gnucash file, made some changes, and tried to save it
to that directory. Nope, it won't let me, same message. I can do any file
transaction I want via Windows Explorer, but I can't save the file directly
from Gnucash.
