Hello, I have been using GnuCash to manage a Non-Profit Organization for several years. Now I am in the process of training an under-study to assume my Treasurer role, so I want to share my GnuCash Data files with him.
To facilitate the process, I want to copy my GnuCash data files to a thumb drive AND have my understudy download the GnuCash program onto his PC. Then, if I'm correct, all I need to do is copy my thumb drive data files onto his PC and my understudy should be ready to begin managing the Non-Profit, right? Questions: 1. *How can I be sure* that I have collected ALL of the necessary data files? 2. Do the data files need to be stored in a particular location relative to the GnuCash Program files? 3. Do you have any other insights on this process that I might have overlooked? Thank you, David Gray _______________________________________________ gnucash-user mailing list [email protected] To update your subscription preferences or to unsubscribe: https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-user ----- Please remember to CC this list on all your replies.
