Sure thing.
I just noticed your mention of account levels being an issue. Mine was
aleady set to 6. I tested all budgets with 'all' and it still worked fine.
On that note, I vaguely recall a bug that was triggered on a report when
the levels were higher than 3, but I do not recall which one.
