Not all of it is income: Interest, late fees, and reimbursed attorney fees are income. Escrow collected is a liability. Principal collected goes against an asset account. Attorney fees paid is an expense. Having said that, I could have the customer at the top level of each section, which would mean the data for any given customer is split into 4 places. That is workable, but less well organized than a multi-column report.
