I noticed that you didn't get any response yet - I also noticed a bit of a delay for your message getting through the list. so partly as a "bump" and partly to let you know your message has been seen, I thought I'd reply. I;m not a windows user, so I can't offer any great wisdom, but this has cropped up before.
