Field clin_encounter.description seems like it wants to be renamed to clin_encounter.aoe. > edit(soAp1 + soAp2 + ... + soApX) Just a shorthand for saying: the soAp notes for the encountlets would be concatenated and offered for editing to the user so there's a default AOE. Whatever the user then makes of the string is going to be the real clin_encounter.aoe. There is always as many soAp as there are encountlets. However, Richard asserts that a separate clin_encounter.aoe makes sense. I think I agree. He even says making it a modal dialog at patient notes saving is OK. Ian will likely loathe the mandatory popup so it will be optional.
