Field clin_encounter.description seems like it wants to be
renamed to clin_encounter.aoe.
There is always as many soAp as there are encountlets.
However, Richard asserts that a separate clin_encounter.aoe
makes sense. I think I agree.
Strikes me that it would be very useful/sensible, including the
renaming to clin_encounter.aoe. Is there any basis for people to want
to *never* (or at least not during not creation) see it, or use it at
all? In that case, should it just be automatically written to be
soAp1 +... ?
