A daily hassle. And all that with the software recently
having gotten *better* in that regard !
I hope to have none of this crap in GNUmed.
Well I *know* I'll have none of that in my software. I'm the first user of my future software and this puts me in a privileged position of not having to take that kind of crap... Developers should spend some time seeing their product used, I've learned a lot looking at how my doctor uses the software we have.
Recently I've been approached by some colleagues working in a hospital in a small town about some advice for a EMR system... they in turn were approached by a romanian software company that offered a 40k EUR per year package of about 10 workstations if I remember correctly and their software with a 20k EUR per year maintenance fee after the first year... and I was thinking to myself... that's a lot (actually I was thinking something like "too much"). Is the system you are using just as expensive or is it something free?
