I will spare the screen shot, hoping it unnecessary to explain the
following problem:
a front desk staff bring up a patient "Ngan Nwan An" in her workflow,
and needs to contact an outside agency who asks the patient's name,
to which the answer is "Ngan Nwan An".
Only to be asked "is Nwan the middle name, or is it the last name
Nwan An?"
Answer: wait... I'll need to click over to Patient details
Is there any reason (local custom) to have settled on the name
presentation as
"Mr/Mrs First [Middle] [other Given names] [one-or-two-part] Last
name"?
The alternative
Last, Title First +- more
would be clearer.
