Presently, when no title is put into a name, the assumed title Mr or
Mrs is automatically (correctly" followed by a space before the first
name.
However, when a title is put in, can the user be spared to have to
put a space in themselves to make it format correctly? The space
should be automatic. Maybe it is leftover from a time when there was
no automatic title, in which case the space would have needed to be
removed / omitted.
