For some strange reason the O/S sees this program running as
"Application not responding" which means that I can't click it in the
tool bar.
I can click the Python application, but not GnuMed
Other than that, had a number of issues with running bootstrap-
latest.sh which had to do with having an existing v7 on my machine.
The primary issues were that it did not find the users on the system
and when attempts to create users failed the transaction failed.
