As far as the app, I seem to be able to run both from command line as
well as from the bundled app.
Other than that, had a number of issues with running bootstrap-
latest.sh which had to do with having an existing v7 on my machine.
The primary issues were that it did not find the users on the
system and when attempts to create users failed the transaction
failed.
