[Gnumed-devel] text field "additional_result_info" needed in clin.test_result

We need a text field

        additional_result_info
to be fed by OBX NTE 003 to hold additional information that the lab may send about this *result*. 

Not to be confused with the comment field available in clin.test_type
arbitrary comment on this type of measurement/test such as "outdated" or "only reliable when ..." 

which is fed by OBR NTE 003
