Maybe Gnumeric's team is needing a few more hands, right?

IMHO, Jody and Morten have given you a rather complete answer to your
concerns about Win32 builds (in particular, note the fact that Windows
is *not* their development platform).

Complaining is not really the best way with open source projects.
