I would appreciate some clarification on different things i have read

1. Gnumeric is a free spreadsheet program that is part of the GNOME desktop
and has Windows installers available. Could you explain to me what has windows
installers available  means.

2. The operating systems the office suites were designed to run on without
emulation;
For Windows this response was partial.
Partial: indicates that while the office suite works, it lacks important
functionality compared to versions for other OSs; it is still being developed
however.

3. Even though gnome/gnumeric runs on all platforms what is the minimum OS
Requirements/Specifications.

I am running Windows XP SP1

once again i appreciate your time and assistance
