Even if I could use Camellia, I would not use it to send messages (maybe it would be interesting to be able to receive messages encrypted with it). I thought about this question when I logged in an https site, and noticed the connection was encrypted with Camellia 256, instead of AES-256, as I had seen in other sites (each time I took the time to look at the cypher algo used by the connection).
