I looked into this myself a few months back in the hope that I could  
run Nexenta on my HP DL360s.  HP did indeed release a CCISS driver  
for their hardware for the stable version of Solaris at the time the  
hardware was released (mine is a G3 and only had Solaris 9 drivers).   
In theory it should work on Nexenta/OpenSolaris, but due to the work  
required to create a Custom ISO containing the driver, I passed at  
the time.  Give HP's website a shot for the driver.  I'd be  
interested in hearing about your successes or challenges.
