It's a AMD Athlon, family 6, model 4, step 2, clock 900 Mhz. The latest version of Solaris I booted on my PC was "Solaris 10 1/06" or "GNU/OpenSolaris Alpha 1" (don't know which one is newer) - both of them worked.
