I see what you're getting at here.  However, the clients that I use can
download random files from within a torrent.  So you may only have a few
torrents.  They key would be that you would need a scriptable client, so the
client will download the correct file(s).

Bit torrent can also be used in conjunction with http.  However, I'm not
sure if it can automatically select a mirror.  My guess is not.

I'll look into this, however I live in Thailand where it is now 0130.  So
it'll have to wait until tomorrow.
