I was not able to get apt-get to work for exim4, but
looking into the www.nexenta.org/apt-gnusolaris/
repository I was able to get this to work:
apt-get install libperl5.8
wget
www.nexenta.org/apt-gnusolaris/dists/elatte-unstable/main/binary-all/mail/exim4_4.60-3nexenta3.2_all.deb
wget
www.nexenta.org/apt-gnusolaris/dists/elatte-unstable/main/binary-all/mail/exim4-config_4.60-3nexenta3.2_all.deb
wget
www.nexenta.org/apt-gnusolaris/dists/elatte-unstable/main/binary-solaris-i386/mail/exim4-daemon-heavy_4.60-3nexenta3.2_solaris-i386.deb
wget
www.nexenta.org/apt-gnusolaris/dists/elatte-unstable/main/binary-solaris-i386/mail/exim4-base_4.60-3nexenta3.2_solaris-i386.deb
wget
www.nexenta.org/apt-gnusolaris/dists/elatte-unstable/main/binary-solaris-i386/mail/eximon4_4.60-3nexenta3.2_solaris-i386.deb
dpkg -i exim4*deb
