By the way, looking at the code, it feels to me that it might be easier/cleaner 
to implement HPKE using the cryptographic API of GnuTLS itself (or public API 
of Nettle) as a building block. Of course it would be a significant rewrite, so 
we can do that in a second iteration after merging this.
