[GnuWin32-Users] Installation Problem

I’m trying to setup the horde project on a Windows 2k server, running Apache, php & MySQL.   Horde requires gettext, so I’ve found and tried to install the GnuWin gettext, and also the libiconv, as this is a required module (?).   I’ve installed the exe, however, horde is still not recognising that gettext is installed…   Does anyone have any suggestions?   Cheers James
