hello all,

I found some more info on the tmpfile() issue: [1] (see "Win7 and C:\ "), [2]
and especially [3], where a "tmpfile() replacment for Windows" was implemented,
which might solve this issue. Martin Kröker seems to be quite busy, but might
continue his work on hp2xx later this year.
