Indeed. It is better to move various tasks into a version-controlled shell
script/ batch file and to then reference that as a material.

This helps us try the script on a test or our own local machine, keeps us
independent of the CI tool, and enables us to orchestrate actions via
pipelines with lesser effort (Use a shell script as a material in a
different pipeline, rather than move 10 tasks over, for e.g)
