Increasingly, it has been repeated more than a thousand times, that the apologists for the Saffron Brigade have been parading around parroting it as the gospel. The North-East problem is a complex one mired in ancient and colonial tribal, ethnic and religious enmity. To add to that problem is the lack of land reform, drugs, poverty and arms leads to a volatile situation that is being exploited by all those who can.
