I do agree with fred. They do have web enable money transfer. Recently they have introduced e-Transfer (ACH)Account which means you can transfer money online over the web from your US Checking/Savings account after registering on their website. Only restrictions is that $3000.00 can be transfer per transaction and $10000.00 per week.

Also one can transfer money online to another ICICI holder to the extend of Rs. 5,00,000.00 online after registering online.

Hope this helps for NRI who have accounts in ICICI banks.
