Dear BMXer,
A group of ex-students met recently to host Lucindo Faria (from
Goa), who was visiting Toronto. As a consequence of this meeting, we
decided to form a committee to host a reunion of past students of
the three major institutions of Mapuca. i.e. St Britto's, St Mary's
Convent and St. Xavier's College. ( Hence the name 'BMX').
We have a significant representation not only in Toronto but also in
the rest of the major Canadian and US cities. It would be nice to
meet to reminisce the past and to update the present with our fellow
colleagues who were in many ways instrumental in carving the
foundation that we stand on today.
The First BMX Reunion will be hosted in Toronto on July 11th - July
17th 2004. We are extending invitations to all ex-students in any
country of the world.
Several activities and sight-seeing trips for our international and
local members will be organized. The celebrations will start with a
Family day Picnic on July 11th 2004 and climax with the Gala Reunion
Dance on July 17th 2004.
To achieve a complete success we are counting on you to help us
locate as many ex-students as possible. Announcements will be made
shortly in the local Goa newspapers. We have a full committee in
Toronto and co-coordinators in several countries.

To warm up for the exciting events of 2004, we are organizing a
family day picnic in Toronto in July 2003. We will advise you of the
date shortly. We are looking forward to seeing as many BMXers for
this picnic. With your support and commitment, we can expand the
goals to greater heights. We are receiving lots of great
suggestions but need more feedback from all BMXers, irrespective of
the school year.

with your Name, the Institution you attended and the respective
final year. We also request you circulate this letter to as many
BMXers that you know and ask them to send us their information.
Besides our email address, we will shortly be launching our WEB site
to keep you informed of all developments.
