Lemon fresh Joy is an American product. In the U.K. we would use fairy liquid lemon or colgate palmolive lemon detergent or even persil.
In Goa I guess it would be Teepol , if you can't get lemon teepol I suggest adding a few drops of lime juice or lemon juice. Try it out , got nothing to loose. I do hope it works.
