I congratulate you on the initiative taken by you with the G.M. of Goa
Telecom regarding the apalling quality of the latest Directory produced by
Alekhya Graphics, which is nothing short of a rip-off on the hapless
subscribers. May I suggest that you file a P.I.L. with the High Court or a
complaint with the Consumer Redressal Forum? You have my support and I am
sure that of many other subscribers.
