First off kudos to Tim DeMello for initiating the Konkanni classes in the GTA. And we wish him all success as he puts together a second program for Sep 03. I am not aware of the G.O.A. ever initiating any such activity in Toronto.
Pat, below makes an interesting suggestion. If Joao does (I hope he does) take up Pat's offer, this would be very similar to the weekly dozes of Goan culture that Doc Lawrence has been providing us for several weeks now. And if we are to dissect and comment on any of Joao's weekly (I'm assuming here) lessons......I hope the discussions will be limited to that specific week of the lesson. I'll be your first student and those with bones to pick, can use the convenient delete key, so well trumpeted. This would make Goa Way an every day activity, and reap huge dividends. Who will second this motion?
