The case of Mankind and God (both not necessarily exclusive :-)has pretty much been just like the 3BM & E. Argument for the sake of argument is pleasant exercise for the mind. If there is some common ground, there might not be an argument. Evil since times immemorial has been largely based on what we do not know. Thunder became the wrath of God, schizoprenia becomes demonic possession, ill minds become Nightmares on Elm Street. Today's definition of evil still centers around what we cannot understand and control. The American dismay at Al Quaeda's fury, for example. It is essentially man v/s man or the Clash of Civilisations or what you will, but one side portrays the other as evil. Evil as evil is a perception in our ever-feverish minds. Good and evil are shades of human perception. All activity continually takes place in the universe in a very business-like way, mindless of the good/evil tags that man allocates. --- Jose Lourenco __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
