On evaluation of the answers a $200 fee will have to be paid for the results. Stage 2 Following this I will despatch you a do-it-yourself kit for Blood and DNA sampling. These samples have to be then sent back to CPIPS with along with a $300 fee for testing. A complimentary report on presence/absence of pesticides is given to all applicants. Stage 3 If you have reached this Stage you probably are a Goan, but just in case there are any doubts the CPIPS will have figured out some more procedures to authenticate your Goan-ness (Goanship? Goanity?) and will offer you a Certificate of Goaness (designed by Mario Miranda) in a leather bound jacket with your name embossed in 14 karat gold. The Certifcate will be signed by Mario Cabral e Sa himself (The self appointed adjucator of all things Goan) and wil be dliverd to you for the incredibly low price all-inclusive price of $500/- only. Never again will anyone dare question your Goan-ness! For the cheapos among you there is a simpler procedure. Honestly answer the question below: Question: Do you consider yourself a Goan and proclaim it proudly at every occasion? If the immediate answer is 'Yes" then you are a Goan.
