Miguel, Are you in anyway related to Ole Xac? While he advocates throwing out the "Indians" from Goa, you seem to be advocating throwing out the tourists. Since you feel so strongly about the charter operators, please give us your home address and phone number so that the head honchos of the charter business can contact you personally to discuss this in greater detail. I suggest you take your rage on the charter operators offline(or vice versa) rather than attack individuals like Dave who have done more for Goa than you ever have or ever will.
