Dear Goanetters,
I have retained snippets of the many postings on the subject/thread to trace
the
path of our discussion. It follows the usual trend. Insha'allah, this wont
deserve a 'rejected' notice from the Admin to me.It is a case study in more
ways than one!
My questions to those who believe are:
1. Does God recognize the ethnicity and nationality of a person:dead or
alive?
2. Is canonization the perquisite of sainthood--or just its acknowledgement
by mere mortals?
3.If Jose Vaz is 'canonized',will he have greater access to God[in practical
terms, will he be able to help the living Goans/expats more] than now?
If the answer to any of the above is NO, what are we debating for ? Spend
the time in prayer...to St.Jude,if needed!

Viva Goa.
Miguel

I'm afraid our communication may be long drawn, due to poor
'syntonization'. So I'd better tune out. (Besides, I shun unnecessary
debate). Loiola>

has co-jurisdiction of this matter with Kandy (Sri Lanka). One could assume

am all ears. George

May be we can invite a few Basque leaders to the exposition in
December,2004,in Goa.
