George says it all.The best way forward is to "support local initiatives" morally,monetarily,pro-active info and techology support,success stories that could be replicated. There are plenty of "Don'ts" and the few "Do's" are mostly dances and feasts. Let the NRG support local NGOs of their choice. Do not dream about the change...help to effect the change.
