Friends, I have been wrestling (metaphorically) with the title of Basilio Magno's song title- Glad to be Goan, and wonder what exactly it means? There must be a concept underpinning the title and that concept must have some properties. Could anyone, including Magno, please enlighten me on what those properties might possibly be?
