Hi Filomena: Don't you think it would have been more intellectual for you to have written (at least one good reason) why it is difficult for Goans to have a chief guest at their functions? Rather you chose to give an inflammatory response. For your information all Goan functions in Bombay (during my days) had chief guests. Your post was quite un-lady-like for a Goan lady!!!
