Hey Fred, how is a reader to know if he/she is reading you in a country you "may not be aware of", if you have not listed all the countries you are aware of? You have listed a few and ended with "etc." which presumably includes countries like the United Kingdom, Portugal, France, Germany and Pakistan but one can never be sure. And don't forget that there is Bernado Colaco in Macau, Jose Colaco in The Bahamas and Berardo in Trinidad and Tobago. So the most appropriate thing to do woud be for you to list all the countries/territories of which you are aware and then request those who are reading you from a totally different country/territory to come forward and inform. What do you think of it?
