There are nations and towns whose popular but
Anglicised names bear no link to what their
natives care to label themselves, and so, the
first person who tells us what the Finns,
Hungarians, Armenians and Moscovites call their
homes makes ten US Dollars, cash or kind!!
Reading up on the Irish, i discovered they
believe they descend from an Egyptian princess,
Skada, which lends to the very Keltic(Kaltic !!)
Skodda, Scotta and Scott. Now a true Scottsman
will not pass up on his beloved Caledonia, which
still warms the cockles of the heart of this
Kalidunyan who once surfed the Nile millenia
ago. And yes, make that Neela to our friends
in Egypt, all Arabs, and Indians too !!
